ONLINE VIDEO COUNSELLING
For this you need stable WiFi and a smart phone/ tablet/ laptop or PC to have your counselling on. For this I use a secure online counselling room. I will email/text you a link before the session, which you then just click on to enter the room. You need to be in a quiet and private space to have your Online video counselling sessions that will be 50 minutes long.
TELEPHONE COUNSELLING
You just need to be in a quiet and private space each week at the time of your appointment with your phone. You will then call me at your scheduled appointment time the session will be 50 minutes long as usual.
Fees

£50 per 50 minutes sessions for individuals.

£75 per 1.5 hour sessions for couples.

Cancellations under 24 hours notice require full payment
